When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping then takes about 3–5 business days domestically and 7–15 business days internationally. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

What does “one size fits most” mean?

Our grip socks use a flexible knit that comfortably fits most adult feet (roughly US women's 5–10 / men's 4–9). For styles with set sizes, check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

Can I machine wash my socks?

Yes. Machine wash cold with like colours, do not bleach, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing the grip pads so they keep their non-slip hold wash after wash.

Can I change my address?

We cannot accept liability for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the recipient. Should you notice any inaccuracies or omissions in the address details, please email us at hello@vivabarre.com within 24 hours of placing your order. This allows us to promptly make any necessary amendments to ensure smooth delivery.

My order is incorrect/missing some items.

We'll promptly send you the correct items at no extra cost and make every effort to expedite the shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Any import duties or taxes are set by your local customs office and may apply on delivery.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll guide you through an easy return or exchange of unworn items in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
