Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT+8) on Friday begin processing the following Monday.

International orders

• Duties, taxes and import fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.
• International shipping fees and duties are non-refundable on returns.
• Customs clearance may extend the delivery estimates above.
• Refused shipments: the original shipping, import fees and return costs are deducted from any refund.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

• Socks
• Personal care products
• Laundry bags (once used)
• Gift bags (once opened or used)

Manufacturing defects: contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After review, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Order changes: size, colour and quantity cannot be changed once an order is being processed.
